The process for online order was very simple and less time consuming and the delivery was well before time. I would recommend ppl to buy from BestBuy, the complete electronic store for your needs.

It is locked down into S-Mode and removing that restriction was not very easy... When I finally removed smode, it is a light use computer. S-Mode would be great for kids or even seniors.
