Somehow, right after return period had closed keyboard started lagging, keys would frequently stick, making it very difficult to use for school and writing. Op top of it, battery life is terrible for a brand new laptop. I wish I could still refund this complete piece of garbage. I thought ASUS made good quality products, and that is why I purchased it, but I was mistaken. Do yourself a favor, research and pay a little more for a quality laptop, because this is not it!!!

Nice laptop with a great price

Since the return window closed i called the manufacturer to get it repaired through the manufacturer. Asus told me to take it to best buy as they are an authorized repair company for them. Took it to best buy and they stated they will not do not repairs and i have to ship it in to the company or pay them $84 to ship it in. Geek squad did test the computer and stated the screen had a “bug” and that is why the screenwent out. Woukd not recommend for functionality and longevity.
