    Bought 2 of the same laptops and 1 was in good condition and the other one not so much. The numbers on the keyboard working every now and then. The charger (after the second charge) broke off into the laptop. Was told that it wasn’t used but just an open box. Clearly bought used one and was lied to.

    For the price I got this item at it is good, but there have been multiple instances where it freezes or makes strange sounds.

    The notebook I bought at a great price. Haven't figured out how to get online. Talking to support today. Hope they will help. Will fill out review after suport team helps me out.

    Yes, I was aware of the 128gb limitation, however.... I was not aware that it would alt-f4 itself 3 months into ownership. SSD decided to kick the bucket mid ARAM.

    This computer has a lot of good features but two fatal flaws: One is that it has a terrible touch pad. No matter what setting, it is horrible to use. Two is that the operating system is rigged so that you cannot install software except as approved by Microsoft. I guess Microsoft must pay Best Buy a lot of rig its system. No Zoom for example unless you change the operating system, which has not worked for me. So this is of very limited use to me.

Based on the OS issue described, the device has the Windows 11 in S Mode Operating System which only allows installing apps and programs from the Microsoft Store.     I enjoy the speed, but the battery is lacking. The battery only lasts for an hour or two with usage.
