    No keyboard light. The track pad has the number pad on it whoch is very strange and unnecessary.

    Worst Laptop Ever Made

    This is the worst laptop I have ever owned. The calculator on the keyboard is a terrible idea. It comes on randomly and I am always having to turn it off. I wish I would have stayed with HP or Dell. Add that to the Windows 11 debacle and look at what you have. I hope this laptop does not last me 10 years.

    Bought this to relace a laptop that the hinges broke on. Using it to ZOOM with corporate and speakers were crackling during the call. Returned for better quality laptop.

    SSD died 22 days after the 1 yearwarranty expired.

    22 days past the 1 year warranty and the ssd died. It is completely unusable without replacing the ssd reinstalling Windows 11 and buying a new product key.

    This computer has the WORST sounding speakers I have ever heard. I watch a lot of things on Youtube, but with this computer, videos are unwatchable. I'm returning it and I will look for something else, it's that bad. I can't believe Asus would even put out a laptop that has such terrible audio capabilities.

    Apparently good condition for open box isn’t very good. Be careful with open boxes. We couldn’t use ours unless it was plugged in.

    it's a quick working laptop and decent specs. no keyboard light though. so working in a dimly lit area is not advised which is crazy considering the price of this product.

    Battery life was not as claimed. Lasted only half day (maybe 5 hours). Returned for refund. Otherwise would have been fine

    Initially I thought this laptop was going to be a bargain. After restarting when the Windows update was downloaded the laptop never loaded again. It couldn’t complete the Windows update. Talk about a bad sign. So I had to return it the next day since it was unusable.

    Something is wrong with this computer in the way that they actually designed it and the brain that they use because I could not install Microsoft office then they tried it on a second one and it still wouldn't work that I actually had to return it and buy the Lenovo which ended up being worse. I would not recommend this product because you can't install Microsoft Office.

    Worst Product and worst bestbuy support

    I bought this laptop in April, and the microphone has stopped working. Best Buy support has been unhelpful and is asking me to buy a membership, classifying this as a software issue. This is the worst product and the worst support I've ever experienced. I will never buy anything from Best Buy again.

      All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections, and are built to last, the no sound problem is a random problem. ASUS provides coverage for the product.
