Laptop was a little hard to set up but it works well after setup I think it would be nice if Best Buy would set up for customers first time when buying products from them. I would buy more products from them if so . Older people do not have knowledge of technology as younger generation ! We also bought another product lately and same problem with it !Not sure if I will continue buying here if I can’t get started without help on setting up! Thanks !

Bought this laptop originally for work ended up being my work and personal laptop. It’s pretty good! I’d say don’t run too many tabs or things on it at once but definitely good for the basics. The battery life is a bit short though especially if you’re doing multiple programs at once

This is a great PC for work and it’s very convenient to carry it because it’s not heavy

Bought this for a backup laptop for my kids to use at College, for when they need one in class. So far this laptop has been great, no issues what so ever.
