The geek squad made my exchange a very pleasant experience. She told me that the problem I was having with the original purchase would always be there and the current computer would solve the situation. It did and my wife is completely satisfied.

Somehow, right after return period had closed keyboard started lagging, keys would frequently stick, making it very difficult to use for school and writing. Op top of it, battery life is terrible for a brand new laptop. I wish I could still refund this complete piece of garbage. I thought ASUS made good quality products, and that is why I purchased it, but I was mistaken. Do yourself a favor, research and pay a little more for a quality laptop, because this is not it!!!
