Ok for the price

The computer had issues sith the trackpad causing the mouse in the screen to skip after the computer had been on for ~an hour. Additionally the screen is an LED and very very sensitive to the viewing angle. If you dont have it just right it’s hard to see the screen

Not a good purchase

I am glad at least it was covered under warranty. Now the laptop is just super slow. The only the laptop is used for is for internet where my son does homework.

Great laptop but limited capabilities/apps

I could not download the apps I needed nor could I download Google Play. Very disappointed so I decided to return it. However, as a basic laptop and for basic use, it was a very sharp looking, well functioning laptop.

Based on the issue described, the device has the Windows 11 in S Mode Operating System which only allows installing apps and programs from the Microsoft Store. To install an app that isn't available in the Microsoft Store, you'll need to permanently switch out of S mode. In the following FAQ, you'll find troubleshooting steps for future reference.

Laptop regret

The numbers on the keyboard working every now and then. The charger (after the second charge) broke off into the laptop. Was told that it wasn’t used but just an open box. Clearly bought used one and was lied to.

Asus Hard drive problems

A month after purchasing it spins up and gives the blue screen. Then goes to Uefi and says no hard drive. Customer service was great though, paid for shipping to be fixed.
