    Worst Laptop Ever Made

    This is the worst laptop I have ever owned. The calculator on the keyboard is a terrible idea. It comes on randomly and I am always having to turn it off. I wish I would have stayed with HP or Dell. Add that to the Windows 11 debacle and look at what you have. I hope this laptop does not last me 10 years.

    Non-responsive keys

    I bought 2 of these in July 2024. The keyboards are awful. Some of the keys are no responsive on both laptops. They are both used for 1-2 hours a day, I would not buy again.

    Apparently good condition for open box isn’t very good. Be careful with open boxes. We couldn’t use ours unless it was plugged in.

    Bought this to relace a laptop that the hinges broke on. Using it to ZOOM with corporate and speakers were crackling during the call. Returned for better quality laptop.
