    The absolute WORST audio ever

    This computer has the WORST sounding speakers I have ever heard. I watch a lot of things on Youtube, but with this computer, videos are unwatchable. I'm returning it and I will look for something else, it's that bad. I can't believe Asus would even put out a laptop that has such terrible audio capabilities.

    it's a quick working laptop and decent specs. no keyboard light though. so working in a dimly lit area is not advised which is crazy considering the price of this product.

    Battery life was not as claimed. Lasted only half day (maybe 5 hours). Returned for refund. Otherwise would have been fine

    Very very bad experience, ram performance was quite good as per the specifications. But some time it gets worse by freezing the screen and even the speaker is too much horrible. I’ve been using the system just to take calls, interviews. Not at all more than that, no movies or any activity that keep pressure on ram, still of bad experience.

    Something is wrong with this computer in the way that they actually designed it and the brain that they use because I could not install Microsoft office then they tried it on a second one and it still wouldn't work that I actually had to return it and buy the Lenovo which ended up being worse. I would not recommend this product because you can't install Microsoft Office.

    Initially I thought this laptop was going to be a bargain. After restarting when the Windows update was downloaded the laptop never loaded again. It couldn’t complete the Windows update. Talk about a bad sign. So I had to return it the next day since it was unusable.

    Don’t buy

    Garbage it’s running 100% cpu usage with nothing open fresh install of windows. Even after installing current drivers and updating everything possible even doing as much as updating the bios. Nothing, it’s just not worth it spend a hundred or so more and get something better. Also the speakers are completely silent at 100% unless you go into myASUS and fidget with the settings and turning on 3 different things only then does it sound a little better. Lastly the display is absolutely horrible reminds me of a tube tv.

    Worst Product and worst bestbuy support

    I bought this laptop in April, and the microphone has stopped working. Best Buy support has been unhelpful and is asking me to buy a membership, classifying this as a software issue. This is the worst product and the worst support I've ever experienced. I will never buy anything from Best Buy again.

    Misleading offer of Accidental Damage Cover

    The laptop itself seems to be OK, however I am annoyed by the way Asus makes you register the product and sign up for marketing communication under promises of Accidental Damaged Cover. It took me a while to figure everything out, but in the end I was told Asus did not offer Accidental Damage, because I purchased the laptop from BestBuy.

    Laptop was a great price but downloading was horrible. Trying to set up laptop and download updates and basic apps took over 24 hours. My Internet speed was more than adequate and still moved super slow. Returned device next after two days.

    Geek Squad terrible service

    Returned immediately. Computer came installed with Windows 11. Was not able to disable S Mode. Called Best Buy Support. They scheduled an appointment with Geek Squad. Was told there would be no charge. Geek Squad told me $40 charge when I got there . Would not budge. Lost a $400 sale over $40. Horrible customer service. Can’t give zero stars

      We certainly understand your disappointment with your recent customer service experience and the inconvenience this may have caused regarding Windows 11 S Mode.



      Windows 11 S Mode cannot be disabled. However, it can be switched to Windows 11 Home free. To successfully switch, WINDOWS 11 S Mode needs to be setup completely and activated online. Once this is completed, please go to Settings, Activation then click "Go to Store" and follow the wizard in order to switch the OS free.
