False advertising
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Laptop is fine...but it didn't come with any of the add-ons like Xbox live or Norton 360, called three times and was told they don't know what to do and that they were sorry!

Does not support Microsoft Store or apps
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This computer doesn't support Microsoft Store apps, making it useless for allowing my kids to play Roblox and Minecraft. I purchased this brand new, and upon initial setup Microsoft Store would not open. I was able to chat with Microsoft support, they created a new profile and got the store to open. They deleted the profile I made and told me to use the new one. End chat and try to download apps and apps will not download. I got an error message time and time again. After spending over 5 hours talking to multiple IT support, being transferred to Xbox support (because of the apps I was trying to download) and being transferred back there was still no solution. I was told "Microsoft is aware of this issue" and when asked what the next steps would be I was told "they will update you when there is a resolution" to which I asked "will that be a few hours? A few days?" they said "we will contact you, there is no timeframe for this resolution." I tried to turn off "S Mode" and it will not even allow this feature to be turned off, so you cannot download anything that is not in the Microsoft Store but also can't download Microsoft apps... So basically, you can browse the internet

ASUS Vivobook

No matter how many times you fix the problems, they come back. Unable to stay on the internet more than 10 minutes, freezes up, eats documents, and on and on.

Based on the issues described, we recommend updating the BIOS. Please back up all valuable data before proceeding as this may result in the loss of any current settings, apps, and data. Ensure the unit is plugged in and do not close the lid. The following FAQ below provides the troubleshooting steps.
