    The battery life is a major downside, lasting less than 2 hours and 30 minutes. Unfortunately, the touchpad hasn't tracked correctly since day two, leading me to use a wireless mouse for the duration of my ownership. If the battery lasted over two hours while using Google Docs and PowerPoint, the laptop would be worth it.

    Almost it worked good for a week and that’s it the keypad was not working properly and you need to connect laptop to charger till you use

    Returned Unit - BB Gave Someone Else My Refund

    On December 1, 2024 I ordered a notebook computer online. The computer arrived 12/3 but in the meantime the relative I had ordered it for, purchased a different notebook. My wife returned the notebook in the sealed original shipping box to the Mishawaka, Indiana store on December 10, 2024. The service desk person gave her receipt and said that amount was credited back to the credit card used for purchase. Today I checked with my credit card company and saw that the credit had not shown up. Upon further inspection I found that the return receipt showed a credit to a VISA card that isn't mine. I called customer service and after about 35 minutes on the phone the rep told me that I would need to go to the store to get the credit applied correctly. We drove to the store and by chance the same customer service person waited on us. However, she just kept saying over and over that there was nothing she could do as the credit went back to the card from the original purchase. She kept implying that it probably was something to do with Apple Pay or something like that. I don't have Apple Pay. She finally said that I should contact my credit card company. I told her they wouldn't be able to do anything about it as she had credited a VISA per the receipt. I finally gave up and left the store. I called customer service again early this evening. After about thirty minutes of discussion the rep said he was sorry but he saw what had happened, the wrong customer had received my refund. He then said he couldn't fix it but he would transfer me to someone who could. After the transfer I again went through the entire story with a rep who at times yawned loudly into the phone, left me in complete silence for minutes at a time, and who finally came back and said the same thing as the earlier rep, someone else had my refund. They then said there was nothing they could do about it and that I should open up a dispute with my credit card company. I asked if they could provide me something in writing via email to confirm all this and they said they didn't have access to email me. I asked for someone who did or who could fix the problem and I received no response at all.

    I haven't used the computer much, so I don't really know how it works. I can say it does come on. I bought three laptops online over the past three years, and I wasn't able to use them. I returned two of the three. I have high hopes for this one.

    This laptop does what I need it to do. Selling this laptop with the S-mode turned into a total problem. I could not turn it off I called the GeekSquad and used YouTube. Nether helped I had to drive back to Best Buy to have it fixed.

    Truck Driver Diagnostic Computer

    I purchased this computer as a diagnostic computer for Diesel Semi Trucks exclusively. It serves its purpose. I hook to it with a USB - C cable to a Nexiq 3 and it links to my rig. I can tell the battery life is poor but for a $250 buck computer it serves its purpose. Highly recommend for minimal usage.

    Besides the limitations of the Windows 11 S Mode, once removed it's an awesme small computer good enough for online classes and light gaming

    The Item is a very good laptop, for a really good price also! The only issue I have with this laptop is battery power. I dies super fast, even from a full charge. When I have a full battery and start working on apps like Microsoft word, my laptop dies in under 2 hours from having a full battery. Thats the only dislike I have about it, and the apps you can run because some apps don’t allow you to use them.

    I not sure if it my child or the laptop but the cursor is gone off the computer screen. Now I got to how fix the laptop back to the original settings. The laptop is to small for me.

    Affordable but powerful. It has 12th gen processor. I bought it as a gift to my partner. She is using it for work and it does a lot better than what I have expected since It is only $220. I recommend it.
