The geek squad made my exchange a very pleasant experience. She told me that the problem I was having with the original purchase would always be there and the current computer would solve the situation. It did and my wife is completely satisfied.

We havent had any issues and it gets the job done with out complaints! Thats a deal in my world when the daughter is 16 and everything is a complaint!!! And a great price!!

I would have prefered just omitting the numeric keypad or putting the activating switch away from the touchpad (maybe above keyboard). Otherwise satisfactory performance for price.
