Powers and charges, but BLACK screen, stupid designed mousepad doesn’t even function but the cpu fan runs and the power light turns on. Slightly burnt smell. Now outside return window. Will not be doing business with Asus again, and considering the same for BB

Asus Hard drive problems

A month after purchasing it spins up and gives the blue screen. Then goes to Uefi and says no hard drive. Customer service was great though, paid for shipping to be fixed.
