Don't buy this computer

No matter what setting, it is horrible to use. Two is that the operating system is rigged so that you cannot install software except as approved by Microsoft. I guess Microsoft must pay Best Buy a lot of rig its system. No Zoom for example unless you change the operating system, which has not worked for me. So this is of very limited use to me.

Battery Life

Not a good purchase

I am glad at least it was covered under warranty. Now the laptop is just super slow. The only the laptop is used for is for internet where my son does homework.

The laptop breaking down after two months of usage is a random problem. ASUS provides warranty coverage for the product. Computer does not work!

The only thing that comes on the screen is an image. I rebooted and let it charge but nothing. My 20 year old was so disappointed. I guess I will have to call ASUS tech support the day after Christmas. So sad and upsetting!,,,
