piece of junk and horrible customer service

I got it on christmas day and it worked fine.2 weeks later the screen went blue and would do nothing. I called bestbuy and would have to wait more than an hour to get through. When I did get through they told me to call asus the manufacturer. I call asus and they told me to call best buy. They were supposed to have a return period for christmas to jan 13 -2025. I first called them on jan 10 and got the run around so much I decided to take it to bestbuy on 1/23/2025 to either fix it or give me a refund. They said they would fix it for $50. Thats not right that I only got about 2 weeks use out of a brand new computer and I was not paying them to fix a brand new laptop I just bought.

I expected a little more

Non-responsive keys

Some of the keys are no responsive on both laptops. They are both used for 1-2 hours a day, I would not buy again.

SSD died 22 days after the 1 yearwarranty expired.

Worst Laptop Ever Made

It comes on randomly and I am always having to turn it off. I wish I would have stayed with HP or Dell. Add that to the Windows 11 debacle and look at what you have. I hope this laptop does not last me 10 years.

The absolute WORST audio ever

I watch a lot of things on Youtube, but with this computer, videos are unwatchable. I'm returning it and I will look for something else, it's that bad.
