DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME

You have to press the power button a million times for it to come on, the screen flashes on and off if it isn’t plugged in, and once you take it off the charger the screen goes black until you hold the power button down to restart it. I didn’t even have it for a good 3 days before having to return it. I looked this up and many people have the same problems with ASUS.

We certainly understand your disappointment and the inconvenience this may have caused if you are experiencing issue powering on the laptop and the screen flashing on and off. In order to power on the unit successfully, please ensure the power button is push all the way down in order trigger a power on signal. We recommend that the battery be charged before the laptop is power on. The screen flashing on and off while the laptop is booting up is normal, it refreshes while updates are being applied in the System Registry. In regards to the screen going black when the charger or AC adapter is disconnected, please ensure the battery was charged before running in battery mode. Also, check that Windows is current in order to update the power management services in the OS.

Laptop not what it says it is

Also the speed and processing system is slow. And the keyboard squeaks when you type. Not the best quality. Switched to an HP and way better results.

I use it for about 1-2 hours a day plus some after school for movies or YouTube. My only complaint so far is the battery life. Most days the battery goes into power save mode during my first period even if I charged it fully the night before. It isn't unbearable, but it gets annoying having to charge it all the time. Otherwise, it works really well. The speed is great for what I use it for, and the display is very good.

So far it has done great with the few games on steam and wizard 101. No issues with lag and decent battery life. Happy with my purchase.

This laptop can run Minecraft 1.19.2 On the Java version at 8 chances and fancy settings W/ Optifine, a performance mod. Overall the computer looks good and runs great. 10/10

I had to buy headphones so was tied to the laptop & couldn't work 5ft away. It was slower than my old 5yr computer on the 1st day. Pages wouldn't load. When I took it back, I was told it wasn't the laptop. Never had a problem before & haven't had that problem with the computer I bought after returning the ASUS. Frustrating, annoying waste of time & effort.
