When I seen this deal on best buy it said it was a touchscreen, as others mentioned. I wish I seen them before I made the purchase. The main reason I ended up choosing this item over another laptop I was considering was because of the touchscreen feature the other didn't have. I'm very disappointed. The other laptop is a 15.6 inch, backlit keyboard and other great features this laptop don't have and now..I just got it about 10 minutes ago so I'm not sure if it's going to be good or bad as far as performance and everything else. I will check it out and compare the ACTUAL SPECS to the specs of the other laptop. Thankfully, the other laptop is from a different place or else the specs would be questionable. This has honestly changed my opinion on best buy now. I haven't had an issue with anything before. I'm uncomfortable with how misleading the product information was and it makes me second guess everything now. Now I'm going to question all the product information and description they have online. 99% of my purchases from best buy are made online so this incident will most likely put an end to that. I'll see how the laptop is overall and how best buy handles the situation if I want to replace it or get a refund before I determine if I want to continue doing business with them or not.

A little nice gift for my niece, excellent price, runs great and very compact.

It is a great computer. I love it! I got it at half its original price since it was on sale. The store pickup was also very prompt. They had it ready for pickup within minutes of my ordering it. They also agreed to hold it for a week even though I picked it up the next day. The whole process was extremely smooth and hassle-free.

The laptop is nice and compact and runs many of programs that I use, but the only drawback is that the usb c is not configured to use multiple monitors, it’s just a usb c data transfer so it doesn’t work with my docking station to transmit to multiple monitors, but at $229 it was a steal.

This is excellent small very efficient, easy and very fast.

I love this laptop a lot more than I thought I would. It's compact and has the features that I wanted. It was also on sale at the time of purchase so that was a bonus. I recommend this to anyone who does light gaming, schoolwork, and browsing.

I ducking love it! The week before I went in & purchased it, I had gotten a 4gb hp book. Paid nearly $300, got home, all it would do was freeze! Brought it back, the next day. Got home, hopped on bestbuy.com. Found this one, took a trip to the store, voila. Perfectly good laptop & it was half off!!!

I use this computer for multiple things work, creating projects, adobe apps, etc. and i often use at the same time. The computer works great for everything i need to do, and I have not experienced any problems.

Good enough for light work - I don't need a lot of websites for work, it works fine for the price.

Needed an inexpensive computer for another email I use. This one was such a good deal, I just went for it. It doesn't have that much memory but the speed is great and I don't save anything on it. It just makes it much more easier not to have to switch emails on my main laptop
