    We've had this (actually have 2 of them) for about 6 months. However, we only just began using them 10 weeks ago. Both units I own have started having screen issues. At different times, they've both had intermittent flashing-to-black screens. Both devices are used only for school for approx 5hrs a day, 5 days a week.

    I bought this particular lab because I got it at 150$ bucks off. Which meant I could get an office program for free. Being that's all I could afford. Although The battery has almost no staying power and 8Gigs is nothing as well. My buying this product is like to buying a car with no tires or gas in the tank otherwise I love it
