    This has been a horrible experience. Battery Life is horrible. Tried multiple docking stations when at home, and it would not work with any docking station; even those stated by Asus. NVMe performance is HORRIBLE! The device freezes when online often. I needed a new device for training and a class I'm taking, but this is not a device you want to own! Asus used to be a good brand, but it appears they are no longer reliable. Sorry, no photos to share. I've already factory reset this horrible device and preparing to return it.

    A fair price for mediocrity

    This laptop has no soul, a carcass of mediocre technology designed to operate and not to inspire. There’s a hollowness to it’s build to complement the lackluster of its display. Perhaps, this is what we should expect from disposable utility. Use it then toss this laptop in your drawer of plastic forks and N95 masks.

    This is one of the worst I've ever bought. Issues with sounds began after just six month. The company repaired it, but three months after the repair, the computer stopped responding to the keyboard. Totally disappointing, especially since the computer was bought as a gift for my father.

    It is a good product but very low memory. I work from home and after a week of use screen started blocking and green lines flashing. It haven't done it anymore but not sure yet.

    I bought it online from cyber Monday deals. It says 14” online but when it was delivered, it looked a bit small so I measured it and it was 12”. Seems to run good. Just wondering why it wasn’t a 14”
