    Nothing like the photo or description

    Just got this today. For one, it looks NOTHING like the photo, absolutely nothing. It’s more expensive than the nice touch screen chromebooks and the warranty is cheaper and longer elsewhere. Bestbuy definitely didn’t post the accurate laptop. The keys don’t even match or have the same layout. And as far as asus, it’s my first time buying their computer and I 1000% regret it. It’s not user friendly what so ever, very confusing. I’m returning this immediately.

    It took almost 2 weeks of daily calls to get the charges reversed and multiple rude people "helping" me with multiple of them hanging up on me. No clue about the product just bad service on the credit cards end.

    I just bought it but my loptop The volume its not high very low volume even with the youtube plus even though ita not plug in once.u open it it stay super hot. Is it normal?
