It’s more expensive than the nice touch screen chromebooks and the warranty is cheaper and longer elsewhere. Bestbuy definitely didn’t post the accurate laptop. The keys don’t even match or have the same layout. And as far as asus, it’s my first time buying their computer and I 1000% regret it. It’s not user friendly what so ever, very confusing. I’m returning this immediately.

No clue about the product just bad service on the credit cards end.
