This laptop was just okay the screen was not sharp enough for me

My 15 yr old granddaughter loves it! It's very easy to navigate. Lightweight, easy to carry around.

This device is wonderful it’s fast,can handle whatever I put it and it’s just a wonderful device overy

So far so good. I use it for high school work/zooms since school is online only right now. Im able to use it with ease and if use it to [play minecraft on and store pictures. Ive only had it for a few months so I dont know how long it will last. I really only use it on my desk so I dont know how it holds up with using it at all different places.

My son is a homeschooler and this computer is perfect for his curriculum. It is fast

Pretty light and convenient, great for office working

Purchased this for our ten year old as a replacement for a six year old Asus. It works well for her web based school work and overall does a nice job handling those simple task most of run across each day. Boot time is awesome with the SSD and responds quickly when walking from sleep mode. The display may not be the latest tech but it is still bright and vibrant, and the battery life is much improved compared to older products.

This laptop is fast, able to hold multiple tabs open at once and my son likes the large screen.

Good screen size and doesn’t freeze. Seems to be pretty fast and works for college coursework.

All in all, this is a solid laptop. The two problems I have are 1) The 10-key number pad does not have a standard layout. That causes some mistakes keying, but you get the hang of it over time; 2) The speakers are under the laptop and woefully quiet. I found myself pairing a bluetooth speaker in order to hear better while using the laptop.

Super easy set up and Best Buy emailed me all the download information for my son's classes.

I like the computer, it runs well. I don't do anything really graphic heavy, although I do play a few games on it. There is no disc drive and no ethernet cable port, which I don't love. But nowadays there are adapters for that, so I guess it's fairly normal. But all in all it's a decent computer, though the price could be a little better.

Excellent product and so easy to use , lightweight but packed with loads of opportunities

This computer is faster than my old one and does not take as long to start up. The files and programs are easy to use. The only thing I would say negatively is the quality of sound from the speaker. I use it for Zoom meetings and will have to buy external speakers or good quality headphones. Otherwise, I am very pleased with this computer.

a very good laptop for the price. my biggest warning is that the screen panel is very cheap and hard to look at. certain angles won’t show anything on the screen. another note, even though it has 8gb ram, the fans run like crazy doing the slightest task. i’d still recommend for a budget laptop.
