Forget the specs, $500 piece of plastic

I used it one night and was able to write half a paper using Microsoft 365 before the keyboard started missing letters every other word. I figured I had to many pages open, close it down and went to sleep. Next morning, as soon as I started typing, I realized again half of what I was typing is missing. Extremely long lags while using any online based programs. So, long story short, I did a reset and sent it back. I’m so disappointed, I will never purchase from this manufacturer again!

Please try to do a battery calibration manually. To start with, please drain it completely then charge it fully without using the system. Once fully-charged, please use the system, without the AC adapter connected, and drain it completely again. Please repeat the charging process thereafter. Also, please verify if the unit is running with the most current system update and third-party battery draining applications are not running if not in used. We would recommend that you back up your data and perform a system restore.

Great expectations, Horrible results

It performed well pulling up web pages and and was easy to set up. However, the 1st sign of trouble was periodically the screen would blink out black and come back. That was really weird. Then the sound was awful. I could not hear people speaking clearly and the sound quality was trash. I took it back 1 week after I got it. Very dissapointed.

The screen randomly blacking out is related to updates being applied in the System Registry, which is temporary and normal.

Keyboard letters too light

Do understand the inconvenience if you are experiencing a blue screen of death with the laptop.
This maybe a software related issue. To resolve it, please try to do a power cycle by shutting it down completely, disconnect any external devices and do a system reboot or restart. You may need to do this a couple of times. If problem persisted, please boot up in Safe Mode.
Click the Windows-button → Power.
Hold down the shift key and click Restart.
Click the option Troubleshoot and then Advanced options.
Go to “Advanced options” and click Start-up Settings.
Under “Start-up Settings” click Restart.
Various boot options are displayed. ...
Windows 10 starts in Safe Mode.
Once in Safe mode do a System Restore in order to revert the system to the last known configuration. If this didn't work, boot up again in Safe mode and do a System Recovery or a PC Reset. If issue persisted after a PC reset, we recommend sending the product in for further diagnostics and analysis.

Worst Purchase Ever

Don't buy!

In order to prevent thr auto-shutdown issue, or if the laptop goes into sleep mode, from occurring, sleep or hibernate mode needs to be disabled in the Control Panel, Power Options then Advanced Settings. For detailed instructions, please visit Microsoft's Knowledge Base.
Also, if running with the battery only, please do not run any power-hungry software or application. Running these applications will cause auto-shutdown when battery life is running low.

Most newer laptop will not have the old USB-A version. In order to connect your old devices, a UB-C to USB-A adapter needs to be used.

Great Laptop for light gaming and editing
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So I bought this laptop a few months ago so I could have a light laptop to game on and upload videos so far its been a good laptop im able to get Minecraft at 60fps on medium settings FSX on ultra settings at 60fps and i’m able to upload my YouTube videos pretty easily and quickly on this thing but the reason I gave it 4 stars is the fans i went on vacation and when i took it out of the bad the fans started scratching against something It ran the same as before it just did this and now it doesn’t really do that but the fans are really loud I can deal with it but not everyone can so just a fair warning before buying also do not expect great gaming performance out of it it has integrated graphics so another fair warning and one last thing the reason this says unverified purchase is because I purchased it on a different account and not this one anyway would recommend this for a budget laptop but if you have more money buy something with better specs
