Poor Quality

Because of the cheap materials used the hinge broke a few months after the screen was repaired. sent to ASUS to fix hinge in August and I am still waiting to receive the laptop back and its December. Do not recommend as ASUS has poor turn around on repairs and hard to get in touch by phone.

Very low processor
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Asus computer has a very low performance durability, during the first and second year it works fine, but one year later, the processor sucks, you take too long restarting it and you can't even open a fast browser. Definitely, Asus Notebook it is not a good option.

First Asus, last Asus
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this for my son’ s school during COVID. Right off the bat had issues with the mic. Next could not make a recovery disk. Online support is terrible. Last straw is wifi being choppy with Zoom when another older laptop worked fine.
