I certainly thought my purchase was for a laptop whose cord would reach an easier place and were longer between charges. It was difficult to order or find info on your website. So I finally went to a helper person who completed. Would have liked to know more about this computer. It did not take long for my friend to set it up; your directions too tech l. do look forward to Geek Squad but am not sure how long they take for service or how clear they are.

only thing we didn't like was the keyboard layout and backlight. besides that works great. general internet browsing and school work with zoom and multiple programs open same time. watching movies, you tube and listening to music. works flawless and no lag or glitches. had to retire our 12 year old asus so got another one. best bang for the buck.

Laptop shopping is crazy. Then Covid-19 hits and supplies dwindle and prices go up.Got it for $479 on sale This is a very nice laptop,very fast boot up, great internet using Google Chrome,good graphics.Now I have to learn about Windows 10, oh boy. Nice apps and prompt keyboard response,added a Logitech trackball mouse and away we go,works great for Zoom calls and meetings,A definite 9 out of 10-a lit keyboard would have aced this. Very nice in store interaction on this one,absolutely no sales pressure also Thanks Best Buy Brookfild WI store.

This is a great looking machine. Very lightweight and fast machine. Has some premuim features and quality build for the price. Great battery.

So far second day and I'm loving this laptop it's fast, nice feel using keyboard. Streams videos in really good quality also volume is exactly.

I'm so glad i picked this laptop for going back to college. Iove how lightweight it is and love the keyboard the keys are soft and comfortable.
