I have run into a few problems that I wanted to share so others are aware: 1. the screen resolution can't go any higher than 1366 x 768. This presents a problem - even when browsing the web. Many times, web pages have headers that take up a large amount of space and it is impossible to see the rest of the page. This is also a problem when using other programs - elements are too large because of the low resolution. 2. The USB-C does not handle external displays. I bought a USB-C hub to connect everything, but the laptop does not support display connections via USB-C. I was able to use a regular USB hub to attach 2 external displays. But, this is another adaptor when I was hoping to have a single connection. Those are the problems I have with this model. Most everything else about this laptop is great for light personal and business use. Battery life is good, and this is a decent little laptop.

It starts up quickly and performs well for my purposes, mainly utilizing excel and word for work, as well as online shopping and research.

The description says it comes with all parts and accessories, but the one I got didn’t come with a charger and their options were to either return it after I spent a few hours loading everything on to it, or buy my own. Which cost about as much as I saved by buying it in open box condition. Laptop works great though, couldn’t be happier with it. Plenty fast for daily use and whisper quiet too.

Since I take it to meetings, the great battery life is a real plus. Setup was a cinch. Installing the software programs and files I use was problem free since I use Drop Box and Microsoft 365.
