Useless 10-key pad

Good but the WiFi issue is real

Good for college students but the WiFi thing makes me hella annoyed

Based upon the specs this was the best dollar for dollar laptop considering RAM, Memory hard drive size, plus the processor cores and threads. So for multi-tasking RAM and cores and threads are very important and this processor comes with high marks at this point in time with the combination.

No internet

Spoke with tech support at best buy only given 2 explanation. 1st was hung up on multiple times. 2. Said that i must not be entering password correctly.

The WIFI driver was preinstalled from the factory and ready to go. Windows 11 does need an internet access before initial WIndows setup can be completed successfully. Please verify if the laptop has access to an established wireless router or access point, it is getting an excellent signal and internet service is working properly. Not happy.

I tried to take it back to factory setting and it wouldn't let me do that. I called asus and the reception was so bad we couldn't talk. Stay with either dell or HP. They're much easier to get in touch with.
