This laptop sacrifices certain features to stay light but powerful, such as not having a disc drive, touch screen, or backlit keyboard. As a result, the laptop is able to sustain having a 500 GB hard drive, an a speedy processor. The graphics card however is a bit simple and can only handle the load of a casual gamer, so nothing too hardcore that requires the strength of a full PC. I wouldn't recommend if that's what you are looking for. The orientation of the keyboard is interesting and compact. The buttons are smaller and quieter for easier typing. Soft buttons and fast processor are key upgrades for laptops, but I was not expecting the mousepad to be so smooth and responsive. I prefer a mouse to a mousepad but this mousepad is so big it covers twice the space of a regular mousepad and that helps with production. In my opinion, the mousepad stole the show. Consider it a better chromebook with a bigger mousepad. An excellent contribution to any college student or person working from home.

Very nice computer. Perfect size for me. I like the pen and pad option. I can had 50+ windows open at same time and no problems. Grandson can play games and does not complain about lag.

Laptop is A M A Z I N G! I got it on sale and it was a steal. I can run multiple programs that require a lot of processing power and it’s no problem. It also has an amazingly battery life, even when I use it to play games. Great all around laptop.

I had brought in my old laptop, which was on its last leg and Brendan brought it back long enough for me to buy a new one. Brendan gave me info on three laptops and after talking with my sons, decided on the Asus. Nick was also influential on my decision, explaining the basics of the Asus and similarity to my old Dell and ease of transition. Chris was there to take my old Dell and took charge for the transfer of information to the Asus. I also explained I would need someone to help me transition and actually log in to the Asus and he said that would not be a problem. Everyone was so great. I love my new computer and am enjoying it very much.

Bought this laptop for my wife as an upgrade from her old laptop. It has more that met mine and my wife's expectations. She has really enjoyed the speed of the computer and the ease with which see can access her applications and the quality of the graphics.

It is a great laptop with Wi-Fi 6 and a solid choice for daily use (e.g., academics, web searching, media consumption, work, etc.). I like the Quiet Blue color. However, it is not a touch screen. It also does not support USB-C charging. It has a dedicated charging port that is specifically designed for the included power adapter. This means that you'll need to use the included charger to power up the laptop, and you won't be able to use a USB-C charger or power bank as an alternative.

Excellent speed, and battery life. Would highly recommend purchasing it.

This laptop is lightning fast. It's also easy to set up and use. And the price was perfect.

This is a solid laptop for the price. My fiance was using a 2012 Macbook Pro and it still worked well for what she uses it for, Apple stopped updating it and so Office wouldn't update anymore, she didn't want to spend the money for a new Macbook so I got her this and she really like it. It performs really well and the screen is nice.

Easy to use, great for the price. Speed is good for MS products, not sure about games.

The laptop is nice and small and lightweight and runs great.

I've had this laptop about a month, and have been using it daily with no issues or complaints. I haven't tried running games on it yet, but it doesn't get hot after streaming for hours. It's lightweight, nicely sized, and the screen graphics have been decent. I'm all-in-all satisfied with this laptop.
