Best Buy doesn't say this computer is wifi only
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have no idea how this computer works because I can't connect it to the internet, which is the only reason I need a computer. The staff was not helpful and I didn't learn until I got home and tried to set up the computer that there was no way to plug the cable from my modem into the computer. Apparently it's wifi only. I've bought lots of laptops and this is the first time that's happened so I didn't even know that such a thing existed. That's probably the most important piece of information you could give for a computer. Thanks for not making that clear in the product specs and thanks for making me waste a day going to your store and for making me waste another day returning a useless item.

5 weeks of use
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this laptop due to its features and was pretty satisfied with it but, unfortunately, only after 5 weeks of use it just turned off. I took it to the Geek Squad and they tried a new charger and that was not the problem. Seems like probably something on the motherboard. I am still waiting to be reached by ASUS to see if there is anything that can be repaired. If it weren't for that I'll be very satisfied.

Crashes and BSOD while gaming
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this to replace mi Acer Laptop for gaming and the first month it was flawless then until today I've plagued with random BSOD and crashes while gaming. I've tried everything unsuccessfully. Seems it is not good for playing games like World of Warcraft o perhaps I am just unlucky with a faulty laptop. I'll have to get another one to play. Not a good recommendation from me.
