Way better options

I’m not sure if I gotta do something but none of my Logitech mice are able to connect with this laptop. There’s no Ethernet port so no hard wiring to a modem. Speakers are very low compared to other laptops. Overall, just better options

Do understand your disappointment and the inconvenience this may have caused you if the laptop didn't meet your expectations. On the contrary, lots of satisfied customers, having positive experience using the product, will agree with me that the unit is a decent computer that is perfect for running popular computing applications, without compromising system stability and performance.
Depending on what type of connection the Logitech mice use, please make sure it was setup correctly inside Settings. Also, ensure the OS is running with the most current update in order to have the most current drivers installed.
Laptop with slim form-factor will not have a Ethernet or LAN port. However, if this becomes a requirement, simply connect a USB to ethernet port adapter in order to utilize the technology.
The audio quality is decent for a tiny speakers. For better listening pleasure or experience, we recommend using a headset or external speaker system.

Bad wifi

I updated the driver and it worked correctly once at 265mbs, then it went back to only 1 mbs. I used a usb wifi adapter and it worked flawlessly . The graphics were terrible , it wouldn't play a video without buffering.

Audio Issues

No returns or exchanges accepted after the 15th day. Totally bummed out. Never had these problems with ASUS back in the day. But the last two laptops I have purchased (both within a month of each other) had audio problems. The last one before this one was also a Vivobook and the audio jack went out completely followed by hardly any sound coming from the speakers. Couldnt hear anything. So I bought this one. Once again, busted. Guess they arent as good as they used to be.

All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections, the audio problem being reported by other users is random.
To resolve the audio issue, please ensure Windows and the audio driver are up to date. After installing updates and the problem persisted, uninstall the audo driver manually in the Device Manager, do a system reboot and let Windows auto-detect and reinstall the driver. Also, verify if the correct output source or device was selected inside the Volume Control properties. If these were performed to no avail, we recommend sending the laptop in for further testing and diagnostics.

After 3 weeks B, K and P keys stopped working.

Best Buy let me return it for store credit since they didn't have any more of the ASUS. Ordered a HP laptop online for next day delivery. The next day got email saying delivery was delayed and if it could not ship within a week they would cancel order. Then what would I have, more store credit? Not happy at all with Best Buy.

Please verify if the WIFI device was enabled by checking inside Settings > Network and Internet, click Wifi on the left-pane window and verify if WIFI was turn On.

Was not Happy

Extremely unstable, poor performance

Despite boasting decent specs, seems to run as well as my old laptop with worse specs and a damaged GPU to boot don't waste your money on this piece of garbage

Normally, if a brand-new product was ordered and paid, WINDOWS activation process is automatic, after the initial WINDOWS setup completed and the laptop connected to the internet, since the SLC(Software License Code) is embedded in the BIOS. Horrible Service
