It’s serendipitous that I received the notice to review while in line to return this item. The quality and speed were good but the lack of a backlit keyboard was a definite turn-off and the ultimate dealbreaker was the fact that this laptop is not capable of dual monitors through the usb-c input. I have a home office setup with two monitors strategically placed on an arm so I needed this function in particular.

Great laptop I love the size it seems to be well me and I can have my kids use it with no problem this laptop as a workhorse great for having multiple programs up at one timeI would definitely buy another way whenever I need it

Excellent Product. Met all of my needs. Setup was the easiest I have experience in 30 Years. Sales Associates were very helpful in making selection. Technical Support was TOP NOTCH...both on-line, by telephone and in person.

Very happy with this notebook. I didn't want an expensive machine and this is a good middle of the road system. It has the power to run basic games, watch movies, surf the web. The screen is fairly large and clear.

Good speed with large screen. Screen is a bit grainy when viewing good laptop for the price

Good size. Might be a little too big for college students or people wanting to travel with them. One of the keys came off 4 months after purchase and we aren’t able to pop it back on that other models we are familiar with. Also, the lettering on the keyboard is white, so hard to see unless light is hitting it just right. Only a problem when trying to find the infrequently keys.

Great laptop for everyday use only downside is the keys don’t light up. Hard to use at night or in the dark

I needed a new laptop, I wanted one that was affordable with a large monitor. It is very clear and an excellent computer.

It’s a good computer . The only thing I don’t like is the keys are Not lighted and it does Not come with a used Manuel !

I really like this laptop and it is fast The only drawback is the keys are hard to read if it is not a brightly lit area

Really great purchase. The screen quality could be better, but the processor is the main reason I bought it. It’s able to handle drafting programs and other things that I need for work that lesser laptops have crashed on.

The ASUS - Vivobook 17.3" Laptop - AMD Ryzen 7 - 12GB Memory - AMD Radeon Vega 10 - 512GB SSD - Silver, was such a great deal, our company purchased two of them! The users are very satisfied with performance and reliability.

This laptop didn't disappoint. I synced it with our Dropbox plus and we're really satisfied. Fast and reliable. I can work with photoshop, illustrator and lightroom all at the same time. It's lightweight too!!!

So far, so good. However, one thing that I have trouble with is the keyboard is far away from the front of the laptop. It is a bit uncomfortable when typing. I like the H/P set up better. Also, we will see in a few years as both of my H/P's lasted 10 years or more. Hopefully this one will last as long. It is too soon to really evaluate only having had this one for about a month or so. Maybe this could be done every year to see if there are any problems. Thank you.

I'm not a techie so simple is what I needed and this fits the bill. I had the geek squad set it up for me and I find it easy to use for my basic needs. The real bonus is that it is super fast which I'm truly enjoying.

Characters on keyboard should be black as the silver on silver makes it difficult to distinguish in low light.

I bought this laptop to do business invoicing and accounting and to run 3D CAD modeling, it has the power to render complex 3D objects fairly easily while remaining portable enough to take to the job site. A good value in my book.

Graphics could be better, but overall good laptop for essentials.

Great laptop. Unfortunately, like others who mentioned the keyboard, it was an issue. The keys are silver, the characters are gray and the keyboard is not back-lit. VERY difficult to see the characters if you're not a great typist. I returned it for an HP Evny x360. I highly recommend this laptop.

Good computer, quick, easy setup out of the box. They light colored keys is my only reason for lower stars
