Great computer! Fast, easy to use, all of my programs work well on it. Only complaint is the keys are hard to read as they are silver & the lettering is grey.

For the open box price, this is one of the best pieces of computer equipment I've ever had. The bluetooth driver needs work, but that's on RealTek, not ASUS.

Got this as a Mother's Day gift. My mother loves this laptop so far. It's easy to use, runs fast, looks nice. At the price we got it at, what more could you want?

Keyboard letters are hard to see other than that computer is working great.

Great unit. Have used it for 6 months and is more then I expected. The only concern I have is the key are not backlit, other then that its been flawless.

Only downside is thr keyboard. Gray text on gray letters is hard to see.

Struggling to understand streaming is a thing of the past with this computer, not only is it super user friendly but the cost for it was a no brained as well.

Good sale price, not the fastest but will do. The memory is where it is at.

I was very pleased with the assidtance given to find the right laptop I needed to replace my previous one. I am happy Best Buy could transfer all my data and that I could resume working on my laptop with out learning how to use a different brand. You Geek Squad, well versed, took the time to get me updated on the minor changes, helped me and re assured me all my data was transferred. There was no wait time when we picked up the laptop because you have your appointments set up nicely. Thank you again for your help in making the transition from a HP to an ASUS so smooth

I love the screen! It is perfect for work. Finding a bag to carry it around has been a little difficult. I have enjoyed using this computer the last month.

keyboard too light, hard to see at certain angles. Large screen
