With regular use the laptop will look worn. I bought this laptop for use on the go and as a backup in case of something happening to my desktop.

I paid to have my old computer data transferred to the new one. The transferred data was not recognizable in the new computer. I had to go back to the store to get the computer set up correctly. A new windows office was installed. The new windows 10 was not the same as the old version. I lacked the technical knowledge to operate on new system. I had difficulty trying to find data that was transferred and struggled with with all the password criteria necessary to necessary to operate successfully in the browser, excel, and word. The hold process was Misérables.

Keyboard - major problem

I bought a USB lamp to shine on the keyboard and it helped somewhat. I am considering buying stick on key covers so I can see the letters. Nice computer, but the keyboard is really a major drawback - silver lettering on top of silver keys. What were they thinking? A previous review warned of the problem, but I couldn't believe how bad the problem actually was. If it weren't for the keyboard I'd give it 5 stars.
