So far, good. Has shut down a couple times unexpectedly, otherwise no issues. Hopefully continue to enjoy and those were just minor hiccups

I'm extremely happy with the laptop. Great clarity with the screen, not too heavy, and very functional. This was a great deal for the price.

I was not sure yet which computer, I wanted and one of the store manager assign an associated to help me make a decision. I was very please.

Poor monitor color for the money and keys are very difficult to see

It has taken longer to get use to using than any other computer I have used. The built in mouse is very sensitive but I am getting use to it.

I adore this computer. It's got amazing memory, looks sleek, and works smoothly/efficiently. There was an issue with my last computer, but I brought it up to the store and they shipped me a new one for free. Couldn't ask for a better computer!

I love it I just wish it came wit a built in CD/DVD writer. They shouldnt be omitted from any laptop. Otherwise, it would be excellent.

I had bought a different computer online from them and it came with no battery! Luckily I could trade it in and this one was the best. It streams well, you can load larger games on it, and it is very fast, great for all your needs and at a fair price.

It was nice, except my keypad kept freezing so it was hard to move the mouse around, I did return it though because of that problem, I already have a laptop that freezes and can't use the mousepad fully and was expecting something better than what I already had, was sad to send it back, but this laptop just wasn't right for me, it was more on the heavy side also, huge screen display which was great!

Extremely happy with this laptop! I use it mainly for my Cricut and Design Space works flawlessly with it. Overall great product. I’ll definitely buy another ASUS when the time comes.

I purchased an ASUS - Vivobook 17.3" Laptop from Best Buy Pentagon City, VA. Highly satisfied. Excellent product. It was on sale when I bought it at the store. Excellent customer service from Sales team in Computer area of the store.

Good simple Asus with no muss and no fuss. Only real complaint is the same as others: low resolution clarity and keyboard color.

I love this laptop. The only reason it's getting 3 stars is because theres no ethernet port and the guy I originally talked to told me it would be perfect for streaming. I'm sure it would work but a hard connection is best when streaming. And I cant with this laptop. I should have checked myself before buying it. If it had the ethernet port I would be keeping this laptop but I will be returning it.

This purchase was for my kids who are home schooled. We purchased two of this product and they are perfect for the kids! They work perfectly. We also purchased the extra geek squad help which we have already used twice!

Love the computer, but frustrated at the "new" ways of doing things. not been able to get old programs installed yet.

Incredible desktop replacement, very fast, with plenty of RAM and hard drive space (solid state drive of course). This is my second, make that third Asus laptop. Really good solid machines very thin lightweight, love it!

I bought this laptop for my son as he was starting a new job. I asked for his input before making the purchase and this is the one he picked. He researched the features and viewed comments before making his decision.

It seems to be operating properly; however, it is a bit slower than I had anticipated even with a new router.

This Portable P. C. Is beyond all my expectations. The AMD Ryzen Processor is unparalleled. I have been impressed with every boot. If you're "worried" about battery life. Look into a portable charger.

Runs everything I need it to great. Only downside is the screen is a little dark and the contrast isn't the best.
