Love how quick and efficient this laptop is! I do heavy work on adobe photoshop and after effects. Runs smooth like butter. Sleek and lightweight. The screen size is a plus!!

Great out of the gate. Quick start up, process speed is good. Fits the functions I need it for. Definite upgrade on my last laptop, which also happens to be an ASUS...Overall, for a home pc/laptop I would recommend.

Helpful, courteous, knowledgeable staff. Store clean and products nicely arranged. Computer meets need of user.

Love the ease of navigating and download speeds! I bought it to keep my Garmin updated and it’s fantastic ! My old laptop wouldn’t even get it downloaded in eleven hours, this new Asus had it done in less than two.

Fast processing time but graphics is not that great. Color is not that sharp compared to similar devices

Returning this laptop, as I am not happy with the screen resolution or image quality. Photos are fuzzy and nothing looks crisp. I had my suspicions at the store when comparing models, but the picture was not any better at home. The entire thing is also HUGE, which i just don't need in a laptop.

Does NOT work with Zoom calls. I had to buy an external camera and add it. Other than that I think its great.

Not happy that after 15 days the charger quit and that I had to make 2 trips to Best Buy to get a new one.

I'm kinda ambivalent about this thing. It was a great PC except there's been a trend since the pandemic started to use lesser quality components in electronics, and in the case of this laptop a "HD" screen is 1600x900 instead of the 1920x1080 that one would expect with a 17 inch screen. My work requires 1920x1080 so I had to return this and get another brand.

Have always had HP, but decided to buy this Asus. Find it to be as good as my HPS. Works and looks great. Would definitely recommend. I bought it for some intense work and it has met the challenges.

Very reliable for me so far! I love the large display. Keys do not light up, and some expressed dissatisfaction over that, but for me that is not an issue as I can type blindfolded. LOL

Love the functionality and durability of this laptop! The screen size is awesome! I was hesitant to purchase as I have never heard of this brand! I am pleased at the great investment I made!!!

My first laptop with built in SSD. Lightning fast and super quiet. Has been my workhorse while I'm in school. Have had some annoyances with Bluetooth but haven't had much time to debug.

Works great first year, but afterwards it consistently looses connection to wireless internet. I have to switch between WIFI in order to find a stable connection. It is not an internet issue as my other devices do not struggle and this laptop has always been updated. Good temporary laptop but definitely not a long term laptop.

Specs are great. Keyboard is mediocre. Bloatware is nonexistent. Backlight is moderately low on the highest setting, which is a little concerning. I would barely recommend it for the sale price I paid for it. If the backlight wasn't so terrible it would be a pretty great device. (I have cranked the brightness settings all the way up, calibrated, etc)

So far I am very pleased with this computer. It has ample storage and the processing speed is excellent. It would help is keys were back lit so as to make them easier to see in dim light.

I think I would have liked it but it was a gray keyboard with white letters. I couldn’t see the keys.

I was excited about getting but.... I like the size, the down fall is the battery life, and the key board, you can't see the letters, very poor design. It's not worth the price. I need to have it a couple of more months to do another review, but this is what stands out so far.

This machine with its wide display is excellent for a user that does general tasks over a long period of time.

I am very pleased with my new computer. I love the soft touch keyboard and the ease of operation . I previously had an Asus and was pleased with it so I went shopping for this upgrade
