    TRIED TO MAKE A PAYMENT ONLINE FOR MAR 26 2021 BUT WEB WOULD NOT SAY HOW MUCH . WENT ON CHAT BUT ONLY GOT THE RUN AROUND TRYED TO GET PHONE NUMBER BUT NO HELP CALLED STORE THEY WOULD NOT ANSWER PHONE . AFTER OVER AN HOUR FOR HELP I GAVE UP .WENT IN AGAIN THE THANG I COULD IS PAY IT OFF . I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS TRUOBLE TRYING TO PAY A BILL IN MY LIFE .IF THIS IS ALL YOU CAN DO TO THEN YOU ARE WORSE OFF THAN I WAS. YOR JOB IS TO HELP CUSTOMER WHERE THEY WILL BE HAPPY & TURN TO BUY MORE .WISH SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME A EXPLAIN WHY THIS HAPPEN ?????????????????

    This laptop has an issue with the microphone that no one seems to be able to figure out. This is getting really frustrating. I took it to the Geek Squad, which is a 1.5 hour drive for me, only to have them make a zoom call and record a video with the microphone working for them. But this week, I had a zoom meeting and the microphone didn't work and I had to use another device. And I am finding it difficult to find anyone to talk to about resolving the issue as well. Your product is great, but customer service is really lacking greatly.
