Basically because I was told by the salesman that it was a backlit keyboard which after investigation it was not.. otherwise it may have been a nice system but not for gaming as previously assumed. Ended up buying an Asus Tuf A17 system.. a GREAT system!

But! The image is awful. I wish I had taken it back. You can only look at the screen at one angle and it's the worst. It's almost as if there is no black or dark colors. It's just so pale and light colored it's hard to see. I've adjusted the color and resolution and it did nothing.

Heart Broken

Every time I turn it off and then back on, it completes a factory reset. I love the computer. It's beautiful and the keys make it easy for me to type. However, when you spend over $700 for a computer, you want it to work properly. I'll be going to Geek Squad to see if it can be repaired.

Not the Practical Choice

Asus has chosen creativity over practically. The keyboard design while it looks cool it's bearly visible. You struggle to see the letters on the keys plus there's no backlight which is essential part of today's laptops!

Very frustrated

I'm sure they are fine products if we were able to use them. We needed to have our information transferred from our old laptop to our new one. We have made four trips back and forth to Jefferson City MO from Osage Beach MO trying to get things done. This was for the purchase and transfer of information. When we went to pick up our product the last time thinking everything was fine, we found out that our info was not transferred the way we asked. We have two users and all info was transferred into one. So we had to leave it again. We are still waiting for our product as I write this. This has been a hardship as my husband and I are retired and disabled.

Mine had problems

I wanted to love it!

It was as if the screen didn't fit the frame and you could see behind it. It was distracting and make the computer feel very cheaply made. I had to return it.
