Good value for the price. My mom liked it and shes not too tech savy but it has all the wants and needs for college and school use. Honestly pretty good laptop wouldnt recommend for gaming but its small skinny and portable. Pretty solid

I needed a computer to be able to do Zoom Meetings as my old computer could not do that. I researched different laptops as one requirement was to have a large screen. I found this laptop and it checked all the boxes. I have been able to contribute in Zoom meetings without freezing or being kicked out. The cost at Best Buy was the best I found. Very happy with purchase.

This laptop has performed well in every aspect that I purchased it for and with the full keyboard/numbers pad it makes it easy to use on spreadsheets. The larger screen is easy to read long articles and the portability allows me to sit outside and enjoy the nice Florida weather while checking emails and reviewing my investments. This is an excellent laptop and a great value.

I'm happy about the specs but it is cheaply made. I was in need of a new laptop but I was on a budget because my previous laptop just died out of nowhere. I saw this one on sale with the specs and thought it was more important than the build quality. I take special care of my things so I'm not as worried about it breaking or anything. However, things crackle a lot when opening and closing it. Also, the mouse pad makes a horrible clicking sound when depressed. All in all, I am happy with my purchase because it does everything it needs to do and at surprising speeds so that's why I say it's more important than build quality.

Great PC for home use, the screen is just the right size. Easy set up. Keyboard could use a little improvement. The lettering and the key color blend in together and sometimes makes the lettering on the keys hard to see. Might be a good idea to add a bar light above the key pad, so you can turn it on or off. Or maybe a light up keyboard. Great price for what you get.

I like the computer but it is very slow. I was used to an HP and frankly I think the processor was faster. Also, I'm having problems running zoom. There is a nice size (17 inch) screen though which is very good for me.

Not a bad laptop but the best for the cost. Mouse pad is glitchy, no backlit keyboard, battery life is ok but not great.

My husband has used this almost everyday since getting it. It's screen is big and has plenty of processor speed and memory for his "normal" work stuff. He's not a gamer; this is for personal and business applications. He said it was pretty easy to set up and get using. Had it for almost 3 months and he has no bad reviews for it.

If looking for a highspeed computer that has big screen but still light weight this is for you. The power button is in a weird spot top right and it is a key so if your not paying attention you can accidently hit other than that if your looking for a awesome computer for us great for college or work or present worth every penny

The best is the size of the screen. However, the images are not good for those who work with images and videos. If working with word and excel is excellent.

Easy to set up. Lots of choices to make it the way you want it with Windows 10 though. My wife's from Xxxxxx was getting slower and slower & Locking up despite my efforts. I liked the combo of AMD R 7, 12 GB RAM, SSD and BBY price. I put her tabs from the old Xxxxxx and her 1st words were "Wow! This is FAST!" She happy!

A good laptop for the price. the only thing I hate is that I did not think to check if it had a backlit keyboard before buying it. It does not have a backlit keyboard!
