Hard to find a nice case for just because it's so large but it does what I need it to do. I draw digitally and this handles my art programs beautifully, and I also dabble in PC gaming and while this isn't PC isn't the fastest nor does it have the best graphics card it still plays a smooth game with minimal load time.

Got this for my son so he can look at stocks and he loves this.

Awesome laptop for school, not fancy, but easy to use, plus love the 10 key numeric pad, a must for me, plus can't beat the sale price.

I was thrilled to find an ASUS laptop for the price. It seemed to do most of the things I needed to do. However, I still needed to go onto my desktop for certain things. Then the screen started to go out on me but then later it would start working. Now it is just sitting there with a dead screen

Really quick loading and function.. The keyboard is VERY difficult to see. Light gray keys with slightly darker gray lettering. Cant figure out why plain black and white wasn't simple enough?

I have been pleased with the overall performance of this computer. I mostly use it for accessing the Internet, but I decided on this because it has a storage capacity, as well. I also wanted a computer with a keypad with numbers. This model is affordable, portable, and has a good size screen. The display is nice and the controls are easy to navigate. A pleasant surprise is the light that goes with the camera. This makes online meetings easier, as I don't have to find an additional external lighting source. I have not been as pleased with the speaker system. If one is looking for a device to listen to music, it will be best to get an external speaker to improve the quality.

My 1st purchase was apparently an open box item and it kept getting hung up. So returned it the next day and got another. It's been running great since then. Great laptop for the price.

My Asus Vivobook works perfectly. It was easy to load the necessary software and begin using the laptop immediately. My only comment concerns the keys. They are silver and the letters/numbers are also silver. My preference would have been to have silver keys with black letters/numbers so there would be a contrast.

The ASUS Vivobook has been an excellent value for the price. My wife uses it daily for her office, and really appreciates the large screen. Would certainly recommend this laptop.

This is a step down from my previous laptop. I'm used to touch screen and a lighted keyboard. I am having a very hard time seeing the symbols on the keys, even used a permanent black marker on a few keys. Hoping to find a work around so I don't need to permanent mark all the keys. Also, it occasionally locks up/freezes for no apparently reason. I have to shut it off just to reboot. I guess that what get for trying to save money.

Nice big screen. The only problem is that the keyboard letters are the same color as the laptop (silver) which makes typing a little hard. Other than that it’s a good inexpensive laptop.

got it at a $200 discount and it really is a bang for your buck. the only downside is that the screen resolution is 1600x900 but thats not a problem at all, especially if you're not using it for anything that requires you to see things super clearly. it was a good buy for my siblings and their school work.

Great computer very fast Great screen color . Down load speed is nice only draw back are the gray letters. And numbers on the keys. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

This laptop is perfect for what I use it for. The sound is good and the screen is sharp. It was easy to set up even for someone that isn't computer savvy. I don't have any complaints.

I did not have the opportunity to examine the computer as I had to order it. I was extremely disappointed to find out that the keyboard is not backlit. It is almost impossible to see the keys. Is there some type of solution for this? I have tried to find an overlay that might help but have not had any luck in locating anything. If anyone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it. Other than this issue I am happy with the computer so far. The Geek Squad set it all up for me very quickly. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time with me to answer all if my questions.

This is my first ASUS product and I am pleased with it. It has great speed and storage. I would buy another one when the time comes. It has a good monitor and is very light weight which is helpful while traveling.

This is a high quality Asus product. I found this gor a friend who was looking for a new laptop and he got it. I then got one for myself because he likes it so much and I only got it to have another laptop, this one will be for school. I got this for the price instead of an expensive microsoft surface pro and this is one of the most compact 17 inch laptops I have ever seen. When you press the power button it turns on very quickly, like as fast as a chromebook and is ready for signing into windows in under 5 seconds. The Ryzen 7 with Vega 10 graphics and 12GB of ram is plenty of power to have a lot of tabs open, downloading apps, and watching hulu. The battery life while doing this is a good 3 1/2 to 4 hours which is average for a non-gaming laptop. The cooling fans are super quiet even when setting it on my bed or chair. Just keep in mind this is not a gaming laptop and would struggle to run any demanding software. Also this does not have touch screen or a dvd drive available.

We had an ASUS laptop purchased in December, 2009. It was time to retire the 11-year old computer. The new ASUS Vivobook is of course light years faster, and the 17" monitor provides beautiful high res graphics. ASUS provides an easy to follow startup procedure even a novice can follow.
