    Careful with that battery

    The battery cable is fastened to the connector so tightly, I ripped the connector right off the board. Looking around online, this is a common issue that repair shops see and fix. But the repair costs more than what I paid for the computer in the first place. The computer looks nice, though.

    Actually pretty good computer. Fast response and good display. Only disconcerting thing is the constant vibration even in sleep/hibernate mode.

    This is my 2nd Asus computer I have owned . The 1st one I still have but it is not compatible with windows 11 and it is starting to get slow. I am very satisfied with this brand.

    The open box saved me money however, it was stuck in the install and looped forever until I opened the cmd prompt at bootup and added a local user.

    I do not recommend this computer, keeps locking up on me and I need to shut it down to get it working again. Very frustrating. Like the bigger screen, that's the only positive for this item.

    this was a weak (processor wise) system. The 8 gb is not enough for modern creator workflows but is fine for office work. The speakers are ok. The screen was ok. I installed Ubuntu Linux after erasing windows. It worked well enough. The internal wi-fi card did not work with linux. I had to use a usb adapter for it. I returned it to BestBuy before the trial period was up. If the system had tb3/tb4 or usb4, I might have kept it.

    Liked the computer but the keyboard didn’t work after two days. Took to store to exchange, the Best Buy employee told me I got what I paid for! He told me it wasn’t the best laptop and if I spent more money I would get better quality. I was so upset I couldn’t get out of the store fast enough. The laptop was over $300 and when you sell something it’s expected to work no matter what you spend. Do better Best Buy.
