This is the best basic laptop meet our need for now for basic daily computer activities. It have 17 in display which we like with window 11 home -- not in "S" mode so that nothing need to do to change PC out of "S" mode. So far so good and we like it.

It's a decent laptop for what it is. I'm a PC enthusiast who builds and works on PC's daily. It's very slow, very laggy opening apps and trying to multi-task. For this laptop to function as expected you'll need to add RAM. It's not hard, it is cheap, $25 will get you a 16Gb RAM stick from BestBuy. Open the bottom of the laptop and there is a singular slot to add more. After that, it works like you'd think ASUS had intended.

One of the best laptops for the money!! It was a gift for Christmas and the setup only took seconds. Great product!

A lot faster than my old laptop but haven't had a chance to do many things besides surf. I lit keyboard would've made it perfect.

Nice laptop for work applications. You definitely need to upgrade the memory which is very easy. There is an open slot available. I added a 32gb memory chip and now is running smooth.

This is a decent laptop for the money. I bought this laptop for a relative who would benefit from the larger screen. Truth be told, the display could be a bit brighter, but for the $349 on sale, I can't complain much.

Overheating fan motor continuously runs unless the computer is unplugged.

I like my new computer. The sales person at Best Buy helped with my selection. I did not need anything that did everything but wash clothes, as I only have a few things I need it for. It is quite adequate for my needs.

Fast and efficient - just what I needed. While many computers come with a lot of "extras" that I don't need which take time and space, this one was exactly what I did need - plain and simple. And the price was right!

I had doubt on buying one. But after reviewing some reviews finally decided to get one and I didn’t made a mistake. I love it.

Gotta say really good laptop I added more rams and put a good ssd in it. Good to go for web browsing and streaming the big screen is nice also

I love it .. great price for what I got. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is going to school or just as a home use. The graphics are phenomenal and I love it.

This a really great laptop for all around day to day use. No problems cruising the web, streaming, or running office software.

Very good laptop to do quick documents ot simple browsing when needed, nothing special but it does what it needs to.

After installing several softwares, we received the blue screen of death. Best Buy replaced with a new unit because feared the issue would return. New one works fine so far. Some minor glitches, but no more than our HP's. Like the feel and speed of the computer.

Laptop is nice for the cost. Girlfriend bought it and it works for browsing the internet and she plays the sims
