You get what you pay for not fast but not super slow basic computer stuff to do

This laptop is perfect for everyday use. If you need a laptop for pleasure this is the right one. Very easy to use and a great product for the price.

If you run more than 2 programs at the time the performance is really slow. Also, too many installed programs that are not really necessary. If you need a laptop just to navigate online this one is good. If you're planning to do something else don't buy this laptop. Going back to BB to trade in the laptop.

This is my third Asus Vivo and I keep buying them for my family because they provide us with a good mix of both value and computing capability.

Bought this for my kids.It does all of the web surfing and has been great for their school work.The power cord sometimes does not seat correctly, but no major issues for the pricepoint.

I bought this laptop so my kids would have something to use to complete online homework, so I was not expecting much. But I got even less than that. The first night I owned it, it would not power on (it had just been removed from the charger). I plugged it back in and it worked, so I dismissed my concern. It happened again after owning it 20 days. I took it back to the store and the gentleman ran diagnostics and told me it was a "power flush" and that things like this happen more often than I would think with these "low end" devices. And I was then told that he could not exchange it for a different one because I was outside of the 14-day return policy (I was at 21 days) and there is nothing he could do. I bought this from Best Buy instead of going to Wal-Mart because I thought I would receive better customer service. I've learned my lesson.

Needed a Laptop as a starter for my elderly parents and this was the perfect product! Great product that runs smoothly and provides them with what they need. It’s not overwhelming for them.

It was easy to set up following the instructions provided. The mouse took a little time to get used to, compared to our previous laptop. All in all, it was a good deal for what it's needed.

ASUS computers are simple to use . it has the necessary ports, though not all of the bells and whistles it is still a quality product. Best Buy has always had great products and services

This is my second Asus laptop and I really like it. I use it for personal use only and it is great for my needs. The touch pad is a little slow though. I would recommend it for personal use.

My notebook came with 4 gigabytes of memory, a 500 gigabyte hard drive, and a DVD-RW. Coupled with normal software choices, the configuration should be sufficient for normal notebook usage.
