||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Its not a bad laptop, the day after I bought it I started getting bombarded with notifications saying a driver was out of date. I was unable to install the anti virus program I was given. and even though I asked If i would have to purchase a Microsoft office program or if was free. Was told no it’s already installed, and SPECIFICALLY asked if it was only a trial basis, he said no. so 30 days later I’m working on a project for work, trying to copy and paste things from different emails into it and it’s not letting me bcause my 30 day trial had ended and I would have to purchase to have access to all of the features. The laptop itself is nice looking but runs very slowly since the day I turned it on, I wish I had realized how un happy I was going to be with it before the 15 return policy was over.

DO NOT BUY

The battery dies constantly and the computer turns off by itself I haven’t even used a lot of memory or anything for it to act this way

Bought and returned

Ended up returning and spending some more for an HP that was more on par. Save your money and spend more.

Great laptop for teen
