Took forever to start up and it runs slow sometimes

Purchased for my son working on a GED and, so far, I've only received smiles which should be decoded as "all is well" so I haven't questioned him further.

This is a great laptop for the price. It’s a little big and as a little weight to it but, it serves its purpose. I use it for doing homework when I travel.

Awesome choice! My daughter will be able to use this throughout highschool and college. With plenty of storage!

I purchased this compute because it was on sale and it had a DVD rom drive. I am learning how to deal with Windows 10, but it seems to be a fairly simple transition. I am sure it will take a while to learn some of its advanced functions. The computer has nice graphics and an ample hard drive storage. I felt it was a bargain for what I paid for it. I would recommend it to others. i have a tower computer that I do a lot of my computer work. This is a good addition for me.

Laptop turned out to be a good buy. Openbox merchandise was a good deal after all. We use it a lot.

Since the first computer you sold us didn't work once we got it home, and when we returned it the salesman said he thought we would have trouble with it, it suppose since the second one we purchased (at a higher price) is OK. Doesn't sound like a Best Buy to me, but then its your business and your business practices.

Haven't had any problems. Satisfactory computer for limited use. We never do gaming, and only use for Google, email, and Word programs.

Bought this for general word processing and managing our small business needs. While it’s not a powerhouse it does meet our needs for a basic system.

I loved the look and fell for the description....however this laptop needs help! It freezes up, restarts, and generally is not reliable. If you are a working professional who may sometimes work remotely, don't get this one!

Good laptop but I've been a Mac user so I would prefer getting something else. But overall great computer.

If you want a Windows basic notebook for surfing the internet or doing emails, this is a solid basic notebook that delivers value.

This computer is great for novice users. I actually purchased it after my other electronic device "crashed" after 6 years. It has some pros and cons but I will say it is certaintly serving its purpose in assisting me to finish my doctorate program in a few months! Thanks Best Buy for "coming to my rescue"!!

I needed a new computer but did not need all the bells and whistles- just needed something simple for basic use. This fit my needs perfectly.
