Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We got this laptop for my husband who uses it mainly for reading online newspapers and online searches. Download speed was very slow. Touchpad froze up and we had to reinstall the drivers several times. Within a year, the batteries didn't hold a charge. We took it in to tech support and they sent it away to install a new hard drive. That didn't improve the performance at all. It's a lemon, to put it nicely. It has been replaced with an HP.

So far not liking this laptop

Can not get my internet password to go in because there is no light to let you know if caps or number lock in on. I am to the point of giving up and returning this.
