Purchased 2 of these laptops 2 yrs ago. Both of them have problems. The USB connector works off and on, it freezer constantly, wifi adapter works when it wants to. The battery died in my daughter's laptop about a year after we bought it and my charger burned out 3 months after I bought mine There are no viruses on the computers so there's no reason for any if that. My daughter's laptop blocks everything that you download. Also when I purchased the laptop I bought 2yrs of insurance that covered everything. I was told by Geeksquad, the sales person and the person I talked to on the phone after I purchased the laptops that when the 2yrs are about up I can renew the insurance. A couple if days before the insurance was expired I called Geeksquad and was told by 6 different customer service reps that they don't renew any type of insurance after the 1st time if purchasing it. It took me 6hrs to get through on the phone and transferred to different representatives and nothing was corrected even though I was lied to. I will never purchase anything else from Best buy. It would have been different if they would have told me that I would be better if purchasing the 3yr protection plan because I would not be able to renew it, but since I was told its renewable 2yrs later and was lied to I will never purchase anything from them. I'll will stick to my Dell computers.

Feels cheap and runs slow. Bought it as a back up computer and it will suffice but I would not recommend if you are using it on a daily basis.

My aunt is not good with technology so getting her this laptop was perfect! Super simple set up and perfect for a light compact laptop and also perfect for the older generation if they get easily confused with new stuff

Great quality for the price. Easy to work with. Plenty fast enough.

I wish I had taken it back when I realized the mouse keys stick but it works just fine. Not a high performance machine but OK for the price.

Worked perfectly for my son. He was able to do his homework on it.

This computer is slow. To open programs it takes a full minute. This is the pre installed programs. I wish I had never bought this computer

When I need to do computer things, I do it with this laptop. Not only is it great for word processing but it also folding in half. Perfect for saving the time that not folding it would needlessly take up. You know what....Cortana. Halo. Drops mic. Exits to write a review on BestBuy.com.

Bought this on clearance when out of the state. Wanted a basic, reliable computer (no need for bells and whistles). Like the sleek feel to it, typing is smooth, and charges fairly fast. It was definitely heavier than I thought it would be, so hope this adds to it's durable life span!
