After having a MacBook and a HP. I would definitely say don’t waste your money on fancy brands. This laptop offers pretty much the same features as top-leading brands and even more for a fraction of the price. Don’t be fooled by Asus, great laptop.

It is a very slow computer and the speakers sound like they went out I bought it on 4/15/2018. Now I’m stuck with it

Their batteries are not well made. Have had 2 of their computers and both the batteries went out within a year

Not sure about this product. For it being new, it did experience weird problems almost a month after purchase. Not sure if it is the right purchase

So happy with my new notebook laptop. And it came with stereo speakers for full audio listening for music and games. Wonderful graphics as well. So happy with it. Still learning on it as well. I would highly recommend it for people on a budget.

Within a month it started acting up. I have to keep it plugged in at all times and the usb ports have issues!

This open box laptop is so slow it makes it impossible to work properly, add ons pop up and won’t close out for minutes it’s very disappointing especially since I purchase so much from Best Buy but now it’s to late to return noticed it about a month after I purchased when I first used it. My 7 year old laptop is faster than this one .. total bummer and loss of money !

I'm really enjoying this laptop. I have always used a desktop but wanted to have more mobility. This laptop is lightweight and fast. I am always pleasantly surprised at how fast it powers on and off. For the money, I got an incredible deal!

My sister needed a computer for her classes. She has very simple needs, so she did not need anything too advanced. This computer turned out to be just what she was looking for. Then it went as a deal of the day so we we straight to buy.

I had to return this laptop after just 5 days. On the 5th day it would not start. Completely dead. No power at all. My previous laptop was an Asus but this one was not even close to the performance of my previous one. Brand New and even before it died it was working slow. I gave it one star as that was the only way the system would let me go forward to give feedback.

I purchased this laptop for a friend. While I am not sure what is the big thing about the new processors, I'd say it's cool. Does the work.

Computer can barely run windows 10. Spend a couple hundred more and get something functional

This is an awesome laptop but the hard drive messed up a week after i bought it then geek squad lost my charger and said i never took one.

After spending hours on the phone with CenturyLink tech support, I was told that the Asus computer had the minimum processor and RAM to be able to run Windows 10. The laptop consistently would slow down and stop as the Windows 10 updates for coming in and this never got any better after I had it for over three days. Returned the laptop and got a Dell laptop.

I bought it for my wife and she loves it. She wasn't sure whether she wanted the laptop or the ipad. She seems happier with the laptop for her business because sometimes the websites she uses perform better than versus the ipad.

Got this for our son Christmas 2017, just awful slow startup and other minor problems, then just after a year it will not turn on, waste of money I wanted to return it at the time but my son insisted it was okay since he was 9 at the time and didn’t need anything advanced what a regret... spend the extra money n get something better

Good computer for the price. I wish it was a touch screen. I find myself trying to enlarge the screen with my fingers.
