Poor screen resolution. The computer itself works fine, however the screen resolution was not very good at all. I need true high definition.

The worse computer purchase ever. 5 months later with no programs installed except office and it take at least 15 minutes to start up. It froze opening file explorer. Forget trying to get to the Internet. It is painfully slow. I know that it’s a good price but there is a reason. I can’t get over how slow it is. If your thinking about buying don’t!

User friendly. Easy to navigate. Large screen. Easy to download addtional application, Easy to connect to wireless printers.

I've owned my Asus for years and I have not have any problems with it for what I used it for. Its a great computer to have. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

The Asus is a great buy and I recommend it, but more importantly I recommend Best Buy as a seller. Very impressed that before I picked up my laptop Best Buy had adjusted the price due to a competitors lower price.

I brought two of these for my grandkids and they are just ok. They are show and compatible with some software I want to install.

I’m throughly happy with my purchase I picked it up as an open box item. Great specifications and features for a awesome price. Purchased for my daughter and she can’t be happier. No issues at all.

I had never heard of this brand but it works just fine for me. The two young men that helped me pick out the machine were very nice. They explained what it would do and it does just what they said it would.

This laptop was purchased as a replacement for one that locked up . Very easy to navigate , user friendly , with simple interface . The computer has decent memory and speed , so far very satisfied with it .

I bought this for my wife niece whikebsge was in her Jr and Sr year in high school. Now that she ia in college ahe continue to use this laptop for her research. It continues to work great.

It's been a while since I've purchased a brand-new laptop, so I love everything about it! The processor is way faster than what I'm used and i love the way they have set up windows X! I cant put it down! Lol

I am able to run multiple programs on this computer and out doesn't slow down. The keys are slightly raised and easy to push. The color quality is great.

An adequate notebook - seems to be sluggish and freezes occasionally. Sound is good, cd/dvd drive is a plus. Price was right.

Cheap, slow and temporary. Bought it for a short trip. Worked for that.

Runs like a cheap PC from 2 decades ago making any click of any folder or program take way too long before there’s any response. My initial regret came after touching a key the first time noticing how the entire keyboard and frame surrounding the key sunk in as though I was putting a bowling ball on top of it. Very thin, cheap materials that feel as cheap as they look in person. This would have caused me to move right on to the next one and never give it another moment of consideration had I been shopping in the store as opposed to online but that’s a hands on impression of it you can’t get looking at the pictures. Opening the screen was equally as disappointing as it felt hollow and fragile. From build quality to the extremely slow processor this quickly proved to be no bargain. Even priced as low as $50 wouldn’t be worth it. Don’t walk, RUN away from this one.

My first laptop. It is exactly what I needed and does the job just fine. Keypad touch is perfect. Color is clear. Speed it great. Size is good. Plenty of memory for what I need. What more could I ask.

It was everything i was looking for in a laptop. I looked and searched every where i needed windows i started school and it also had the part you can put a disk in thank you BEST BUY you made my day!!!

Loved it otherwise but it had a glich that suddenly turned it off for no reason.

I bought this laptop on a whim due to price. Immediately regretted my purchase. Returned it within 3 days of purchase.
