My old computer had Windows 7 this new Windows 10 is soooooooooo different and takes lots of time to figure out.

Worked good for a while. Once I tried to update it locked me out. Contacted ASUS they wanted me to ship laptop to Jamaica for repairs. Just tossed it.

Bought this laptop to replace an older HP that has seen better days. So far it's been a great unit, especially after I had the Geek Squad replace the hard drive it came with, with a SSD drive.

Good laptop for basic usage, it´s cheap but it does the job, for online browsing, email and light office jobs it´s all you need

Ok so far just keep cutting off when my daughter is using at school not sure why but i'm taking it in to check.

Good computer, but I was not informed that it is slow to pull up programs and apps. I feel like I am in DSL era.

I bought this laptop for my 11 year old granddaughter for Christmas. The second week it would not even turn on. I have had an Asus laptop for at least 10 years with no problems. I was so very disappointed in this one. Best Buy refunded me with no problem and we selected a different brand. She loves that one.

i didnt think i wanted a smaller laptop but this works great for me and has a great picture on n keyboard is big enough to see letters well

I bought this open box laptop. It was only used for a display. I returned it because it did not work properly.

When I got it didn't work as it should. BEST BUY exchanged it with an HP which I've always had. Very happy now.

Good price but couldnt get it to go to the main so i was unhappy.

I purchased 2 for my daughters for christmas. It took all of Christmas Day for the computers to Update. The next day when one of the girls tried to get on the computer it would not cut on. We put it on the charger and it still did not turn on. I took both computers back and Im still searching for a computer to replace it with. I don't need anything expensive because my girls just want to play Roblox on the computer and do homework.

This is my first Asus laptop. It surely did not disappoint. Serves the purpose well enough. Overall good product. The only concern is that it appears like a plastic though very light.

Got this laptop for our 9 yr old grandson for christmas. It was a bit time consuming to get everything setup but once it was he was ecstatic. He's called to thank me again since christmas.
