Has never worked

It would only be used for the internet and Netflix. Well it has been taken in 2 times and they have not found the problem it just shuts by it self.

Got it for my mom for her birthday but she told me certain keys words wouldn’t work and laptop would freeze up out of nowhere when she was trying to set up the laptop.
