Not a Best Buy

Faulty out of the box
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This laptop spontaneously shuts down frequently. No warning, just "phew" and it's dead. Have to restart, and usually requires Windows to do a long recovery cycle. I've found via Google that this is a common problem with Asus laptops. Had the laptop less than 2 weeks, will attempt to take it back to the local store. Stay tuned, we'll see how that goes. It's a real pain to get a brand new laptop all set up, software installed, etc. and have it be defective.
